📋 Description

• Own end-to-end GTM systems and tooling blueprint across CRM and data flows.
• Design holistic tool interactions, data ownership, and workflow simplification.
• Roadmap AI-enabled GTM workflows from use cases to adoption and gains.
• Establish governance, intake, prioritisation, and service standards.
• Diagnose tooling to reduce friction, duplication, and data quality issues.
• Build a small, high-impact GTM tech function with clear ownership and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building/leading GTM systems in scaled SaaS.
• Design cross-tool workflows across multiple tools.
• Hands-on CRM, marketing tools, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Proven automation or AI-enabled workflows that boost productivity.
• Translate ambiguous problems into systems, roadmaps and delivery.
• Leadership of small teams, vendors or cross-functional delivery.
