Drive faster, more predictable delivery with clear SLAs/SLOs.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years building or leading GTM systems, revenue tech, or internal platforms.
Experience designing cross-tool systems, not just one platform.
Hands-on CRM, marketing tools, internal tools, data flows, and automation.
Proven experience shipping automation or AI-enabled workflows.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into systems and roadmaps.
Experience leading small teams or cross-functional delivery models.
