Director of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)

📋 Description

• Own enterprise HSE strategy across The Nuclear Company and TNC Services.
• Embed safety into project planning and execution.
• Lead culture of trust, leadership engagement, and ownership.
• Leverage AI and NOS to improve safety performance and reporting.
• Collaborate with Exec Leadership, Ops, Engineering, HR, and PM.
• Oversee HSE programs across nuclear ops, construction, and fleet deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive HSE experience.
• Bachelor’s in safety, env science, IH, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in enterprise or multi-site HSE systems.
• Strong OSHA, environmental, IH, and safety program knowledge.
• Experience in investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions.
• Experience in workers’ comp, regulatory reporting, return-to-work.
