📋 Description

• Own end-to-end HELOC processes from origination to post-close.
• Build scalable workflows, SOPs, and QC frameworks for growth.
• Partner with Product and Technology to drive automation.
• Manage and grow a high-performing operations team.
• Oversee partner onboarding and integration for seamless experience.
• Monitor key metrics and drive continuous improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years HELOC or mortgage ops; 3+ yrs in leadership.
• State MLO licenses; California license preferred.
• Deep HELOC origination workflows and regs (TILA/RESPA/HMDA).
• Proven track record scaling ops teams in high-growth lending.
• Strong data analysis to diagnose bottlenecks and capacity.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with product/tech.
