Director of Hotel Sourcing & Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end hotel sourcing and supply chain for the cruise division.
• Oversee demand and supply planning, inventory and operations.
• Drive strategic sourcing, category mgmt, and procurement operations.
• Collaborate with Logistics to ensure timely, cost-effective ship delivery.
• Develop sourcing strategy for over $20M annual spend.
• Partner with Hotel Ops and shipboard teams to support guest service.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality, or related field; Master’s preferred
• 10+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement with F&B/hospitality exposure
• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain across planning, sourcing, inventory, and operations
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and contract negotiations
• Experience with demand planning, inventory optimization, and analytics
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams with coaching and performance management
