📋 Description

• Deliver technology-driven leadership to HR teams and organizational leaders, ensuring alignment
• Lead the continued design, implementation, and management of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and
• Oversee system configuration, security, and data integrity within the HR technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and business leaders to identify opportunities for
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and prioritize information, reporting, and analytics needs from
• Oversee regular system maintenance activities related to quarterly releases and configuration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR technology field with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Expertise (5+ years) in leading Oracle Cloud HCM efforts, including implementation, configuration
• Demonstrated experience partnering with HR and business stakeholders to define system requirements
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data security.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technology initiatives.
