  • Lead and oversee all HR functions aligning people strategies with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms; Paychex familiarity is a plus.
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR) preferred.
  • Knowledge of OFCCP and affirmative action programs is a plus.
