📋 Description

• Develop and execute the overall people strategy, including workforce planning.
• Advise executives on leadership development, performance management, and relations.
• Build compensation frameworks, salary structures, and promotion criteria.
• Design and lead performance management with goals, reviews, and development.
• Manage HR operations: benefits, payroll, HR systems, policies, records.
• Partner with legal on employee relations, investigations, leaves, and policy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in HR, people ops, or organizational leadership.
• 3+ years leading an HR/People function in high-growth startups.
• Experience supporting distributed or multi-location teams.
• Experience as executive partner and hands-on HR practitioner.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle, compensation, benefits, and performance.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, emotional intelligence, and confidentiality.
