📋 Description

• Oversee all residential programs across the assigned region.
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for high-quality services.
• Manage budget, staffing, licensing, compliance, policy, and program performance.
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, staff, and state management.
• Focus on leadership development, operational excellence, compliance, and strategic growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services.
• Leadership: 2+ years overseeing multiple programs/teams.
• Program Knowledge: person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS, IDOH/CARF.
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency; adapt to new tech.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
