Director of IDD Residential Services

📋 Description

• Oversee residential programs and services across the assigned geographic region
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for high-quality services
• Support operational growth and develop new business opportunities
• Oversee budget management, staffing, licensing, compliance, policy development, program
• Work closely with Area Managers, Program Directors, support staff, and the state management team to
• Strengthen leadership teams and ensure consistency and compliance across all programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied
• 5+ years of experience within residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs, sites, or leadership teams
• Understanding of person-centered supports, residential operations, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and ability to adapt to new technology platforms
• Valid driver’s license with driving record meeting agency insurance requirements
