Director of IDD Residential Services

📋 Description

• Oversee residential programs and services across the assigned geographic region.
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight.
• Oversee budget management, staffing, licensing, and compliance.
• Support recruitment, staff development, and retention.
• Build relationships with families, community partners, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, Medicaid Waiver standards, HCBS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied Health, or related
• 5+ years of experience in IDD/DD residential services or community based programs.
• 2+ years of leadership experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of person-centered planning, residential operations, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adapt to new technology.
• Indiana-specific disability service regulations (preferred).
