Director of IDD Residential Services

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support Area Managers and Program Directors across assigned residential programs
• Support recruitment, staff development, retention, and leadership growth initiatives across the
• Build positive relationships with families, community partners, referral sources, and external
• Oversee residential program operations to ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing
• Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, operational reviews, and escalated situations across
• Monitor operational performance, staffing trends, budgets, expenses, and program performance across

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field required, including Psychology, Counseling
• 5+ years of experience within residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs, sites, or leadership teams
• Understanding of person-centered supports, residential operations, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.
