📋 Description

• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all residential programs and
• Lead, mentor, and support Area Managers and Program Directors while promoting accountability
• Support recruitment, staff development, retention, and leadership growth initiatives across the

• Oversee residential program operations to ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied
• 5+ years of experience within residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs, sites, or leadership teams
• Understanding of person-centered supports, residential operations, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technology platforms
• Valid driver's license with a driving record meeting agency insurance requirements
