Director of IDD Residential Services

📋 Description

• Oversee all residential programs and services across the assigned geographic region.
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services
• Support operational growth and develop new business opportunities.
• Oversee budget management, staffing, licensing, compliance, policy development, program
• Work closely with Area Managers, Program Directors, support staff, and the state management team.
• Lead, mentor, and support Area Managers and Program Directors across assigned residential programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field required (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology
• 5+ years of experience within residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs, sites, or leadership teams
• Understanding of person-centered supports, residential operations, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.
