🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied
• 5+ years of experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities
• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience developing staff, driving accountability, resolving
• Working knowledge of Indiana FSSA/BDDS requirements, IDD services, HCBS/CIH and Medicaid Waiver
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and operational reporting systems, including Power BI dashboards
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting agency insurance requirements
