Director of IDD Residential Services

📋 Description

• Oversees all residential programs and services across the assigned geographic region
• Provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for high-quality services
• Manages budgets, staffing, licensing, compliance, policy development, and program performance
• Supports operational growth and develops new business opportunities
• Builds positive relationships with families, community partners, and external stakeholders
• Ensures compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, Medicaid Waiver standards, HCBS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied
• 5+ years of experience in residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs, sites, or leadership teams
• Understanding of person-centered supports, residential operations, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements
