📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing Implementation team, managing and coaching Implementation
• Own the implementation experience from post-sale through go-live, being accountable for the
• Own implementation for customers as they grow and evolve, overseeing implementations for live
• Build for scale by continuously evaluating implementation processes and developing processes
• Develop deep product and implementation expertise, understanding products, configurations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success, Program
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of developing strong teams and
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations with an understanding of

• Ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution, designing the implementation operating
