Own the industrial planning framework across operations, incl. MPS.
Develop production plans balancing demand, capability, material, and testing.
Establish cadence, governance, and reviews to improve schedule predictability.
Build models for resource, equipment, facility, and workforce capacity.
Monitor production execution and coordinate cross-functional recovery when schedules deviate.
Lead recovery efforts for material shortages, changes, delays, and constraints.

🎯 Requirements

10-15+ years in Industrial Planning or related high-reliability fields.
Proven ownership of MPS, Production Planning, Capacity Planning, Industrial Readiness.
Experience coordinating Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Facilities.
Strong data-driven decision making with KPI/dashboard experience.
Deep understanding of high-mix, low-to-mid-volume electromechanical production.
Bachelor's degree; MBA or MSc preferred.
