📋 Description

• Own strategy, architecture, operation of corporate IT; AI-enabled workplace.
• Define modern, secure, scalable, AI-enabled workplace vision.
• Identify weaknesses, technical debt, and poor employee experiences.
• Make build/buy/automate/retire decisions across the IT portfolio.
• Lead AI-enabled IT operations and automation initiatives.
• Own IAM, endpoints, hardware, and SaaS onboarding/offboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years IT experience, incl. 3+ years in senior/lead role.
• Experience in a fast-growing SaaS/tech organization.
• Deep IAM expertise: SSO, MFA, SCIM, lifecycle automation, identity governance.
• Experience integrating JumpCloud with Google Workspace and Workday.
• Experience managing MDM/UEM across macOS and Windows; Hexnode preferred.
• Strong endpoint security, encryption, EDR, patching, device compliance, zero-trust.
