Director of Infrastructure, Security & IT Operations

📋 Description

• Lead the Infrastructure, Security, and IT Operations org across multiple technical teams.
• Own and improve cloud infra, cybersecurity posture, and IT operations for scalability.
• Develop and execute infrastructure and security roadmaps aligned with objectives and growth.
• Build and scale high-performing Infrastructure, Security, and IT teams with clear ownership.
• Drive vendor strategy, budgeting, and technology evaluations across the tech ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Customer Success and leadership on initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in leadership across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
• Proven leadership of infra, security, and IT teams driving strategic initiatives.
• Deep AWS expertise incl. ECS Fargate, Aurora PostgreSQL, IAM, KMS, S3, VPC; Terraform/Terragrunt.
• Strong cyber security knowledge: cloud security, IAM, data protection, encryption, Zero Trust.
• Experience leading SOC 2 II, GLBA, CCPA, and PCI DSS compliance initiatives.
• Proven success in vendor management, procurement, and cost optimization.
