📋 Description

• Design and rollout instructional data systems (assessments, dashboards)
• Translate priorities into clear workflows and templates
• Coach school leaders to implement instructional systems
• Build reporting to identify trends and root causes
• Ensure tools are intuitive and aligned to school operations
• Monitor regional implementation and provide targeted guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred
• 4+ years in education with instructional leadership or data roles
• Principal experience highly preferred
• Experience with data-driven instruction, assessment design, progress monitoring
• Experience supporting school leaders or instructional teams
