📋 Description

• Develop and execute enterprise technology strategies, roadmaps, architecture plans, modernization.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards, and decision processes for secure growth.
• Lead cybersecurity, data protection, IAM, access controls, compliance, and risk programs.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, endpoint security, authentication, DR, and business continuity.
• Guide digital transformation projects: software deployments, integrations, upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in IT, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud, or tech operations.
• 3+ years leading technology teams and enterprise initiatives.
• Experience with cybersecurity programs, cloud environments, and software implementations.
• Google Cybersecurity Certificate required; other cybersecurity/cloud/AI certs preferred.
• Excellent communication; strong analytical, strategic thinking, and change mgmt.
