📋 Description

• Global Product Vision & Strategy: Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for Lyra's
• Product Scope & Ownership: Hold full lifecycle responsibility for the scoping, development, and

🎯 Requirements

• Several years in product management, strategy, or technical operations.
• Several years of people leadership, with a track record of building strong teams and coaching
• Experience launching and scaling products across multiple countries, including localizing for
• Deep understanding of bringing multiple systems together onto a unified global platform and
• Advanced skills in multivariable planning, budget ownership, and resource forecasting in a complex
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence senior leaders and
