📋 Description

• Source, evaluate, and advance multifamily acquisition opportunities that align with AIR’s
• Lead market coverage and relationship development across assigned markets, building strong
• Drive disposition processes including broker opinions of value, marketing strategy, buyer outreach
• Partner with AIR and Blackstone leaders to shape transaction strategy, evaluate risk, and support
• Coordinate underwriting, due diligence, investment committee materials, legal documentation
• Lead, teach, and mentor a team supporting underwriting and transaction execution, setting clear

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, economics, or a related field required
• 7–10+ years of relevant multifamily investment, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate private
• Demonstrated experience executing complex real estate transactions, including valuation
• Strong understanding of multifamily markets, real estate fundamentals, capital markets, and
• Established relationships with brokers, owners, capital partners, or other transaction
• Exceptional executive presence, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

• Expected base salary of $230,000- $260,000 + Annual Bonus.
