• Scale Investments and Pensions into Europe with local teams

• Significant experience scaling consumer investment businesses at senior leadership
• Strong commercial judgement and data literacy to act on insights
• Able to move strategy to execution and define practical steps
• Deep Investments expertise: asset selection, due diligence, pricing, outcomes
• Exceptional cross-functional leader and stakeholder influencer
• Strong people leadership and communication; coach high-performing teams
