Director of Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Serve as a key point of contact for Together's equity investors
• Play a leading role in primary and secondary fundraising processes alongside the CFO and CEO
• Develop and sharpen Together's investment narrative, showing how our technology, business model
• Build the reporting cadence and package for equity investors. Manage ongoing investor
• Advise leadership on investor sentiment, market expectations, and how key decisions are likely to
• Develop a view of Together's current and prospective shareholder base and how it should evolve

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in investor relations, growth equity, venture capital, equity research, investment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial
• A deep understanding of equity capital markets and how investors evaluate high-growth
• Familiarity with, or demonstrated interest in, AI and cloud infrastructure business models, such as
• Ability to build and maintain financial models, and to translate financial statements and operating
• Sound judgment handling confidential information, with the discipline to know what should be
