📋 Description

• Lead acquisition-related IT operations, including technology assessments, IT due diligence
• Develop acquisition integration playbooks and implement a structured Day 1-100 integration
• Manage identity and access workflows, establishing joiner, mover, and leaver processes for
• Implement identity management solutions, including SSO, automated provisioning, and user lifecycle
• Maintain technology inventories of software tools, user accounts, credentials, licenses, contracts
• Oversee managed service providers, including SLA monitoring, performance evaluation, contract

🎯 Requirements

• Six to ten years of hands-on experience in IT operations, systems administration, managed service
• Proven experience supporting multiple businesses, business units, or clients with different
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT activities from acquisition due diligence through post-close
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or
• Experience administering and supporting Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 across users, devices
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, account management, software licensing, system
