📋 Description

• Lead the information security strategy for Directive's fully remote workforce.
• Establish and mature a scalable cybersecurity program to protect people and data.
• Partner with executives to embed security into business operations and growth.
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and vendor security programs.
• Develop incident response and disaster recovery capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, information security or risk management.
• 3+ years leading enterprise security programs or teams.
• Experience with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF.
• Cloud-first SaaS: Google Workspace, Salesforce, NetSuite, Okta.
• Endpoint security, identity management, vulnerability management, IR.
• Strong executive communication; CISSP/CISM/CRISC preferred.
