📋 Description

• Establish and lead a scalable enterprise learning ecosystem.
• Build governance, standards, and systems for training delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in L&D; 3+ years leading a function or enterprise programs.
• Proven ability to build L&D function and scalable ecosystems from scratch.
• Strong instructional design; translate concepts into practical learning.
• Experience designing multimodal programs (live, digital, video, microlearning).
• Data-driven; define metrics and use insights to improve programs.
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to accelerate content creation.
