🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent; active Canadian bar.
• 8+ years experience in law; firm and in-house preferred.
• Strong background in commercial contracts and tech agreements.
• Experience advising on AI regulations and governance.
• Knowledge of Canadian and US employment law fundamentals.
• Experience with technology companies, nonprofits, and cross-border matters.
