📋 Description

• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs for homes, vehicles, equipment, and building
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly, prioritizing safety, urgency, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of equivalent experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
• Ability to lead and develop maintenance teams, oversee quality assurance, and manage budgets

• Technical Skills: Microsoft 365.
