Director of Maintenance

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs for homes, vehicles, equipment, and building
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly, prioritizing safety, urgency, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff and vendors.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with licensing, health, safety, fire, OSHA, and

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred, but not required
• 5+ years of maintenance, facilities management, or related technical experience.
• 3–5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of home/building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and
• Experience developing and managing maintenance budgets.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
