📋 Description

• Build and manage a donor portfolio of 125+ major donors.
• Build trust-based partnerships linking donors to impact.
• Regular touchpoints with major donors via in-person, calls, notes.
• Lead donor engagement and events, including Accelerate and regional gatherings.
• Create and lead a comprehensive major gifts growth strategy.
• Track activity and maintain a healthy donor pipeline to support growth.

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and project management
• Customer service mindset and flexibility
• Bachelor's degree required
• Advanced degree or CFRE preferred
• 5-7 years in major donor programs
