🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public affairs, journalism, or related field, or
• Approximately 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, public affairs, media
• Demonstrated experience managing employees, consultants, vendors, budgets, or complex
• Proven success developing and executing communications or marketing strategies
• Experience building journalist relationships, pitching stories, developing press materials, and
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, digital engagement, audience development, editorial
