Director of Math

📋 Description

• Works with school leaders to set and drive a vision for quality secondary math intervention
• Ensures that curriculum and assessment programs in all math classrooms are strong, aligned to
• Supports school leaders and teachers to ensure that math classrooms are joyful, structured and
• Trains teachers and leaders on curricular implementation and math instruction best practices.
• Supports the development of a rigorous pathway of elementary math courses
• Works closely with all Curriculum Directors and the Senior Director of Data and Analytics to create

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision, and/or Admin Certification
• Regional/Central office experience with supporting school leadership teams
• 5+ years of successful teaching experience with strong student achievement outcomes.
• Experience serving students and families in urban school settings.
• Strong data analysis and instructional planning skills.
