Director of North America Operations

📋 Description

• Lead NA operations; monitor backlog, throughput, attendance, and attrition.
• Oversee multi-site labor planning to ensure healthy backlogs and brand experience.
• Develop and mentor General Managers and site leaders; drive leadership growth.
• Partner with HR, IT, RME, and Finance to resolve escalations.
• Drive scalability and process improvements as new buildings launch.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of operational leadership, multi-site management, scaling for growth.
• Experience managing complex P&L, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Proven record launching facilities and building salaried leadership teams.
• Proactive in monitoring metrics to anticipate problems before they escalate.
• Strong technical aptitude; systems and data literacy; SQL or AI familiarity a plus.
• Ability to plan for growth and maintain high standards across sites.
