📋 Description

• Lead and develop the nursing team by providing coaching, mentorship, performance management, and
• Oversee hiring, orientation, competency training, and Med Core A & B instruction
• Direct nursing services across Indiana operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care
• Maintain compliance with Indiana regulations, ICF standards, and organizational policies
• Oversee clinical audits, incident reviews, corrective action plans, and enhanced monitoring
• Partner with operational leaders, physicians, pharmacies, and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued or recognized under the Indiana Nurse
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross), annual
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and
• Demonstrated knowledge of medication administration, RN delegation, aspiration risk management
• Working knowledge of federal and Indiana regulations governing ICF/IID services, Indiana Medicaid
