Director of Nursing

📋 Description

• Lead nursing services across Indiana operations
• Oversee clinical programs, compliance, QA initiatives
• Develop nursing staff and Med Core A/B training
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, and teams
• Improve clinical outcomes and person-centered care

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• RN license valid in Indiana; CPR/First Aid; TB screening
• 5+ years nursing + 2+ years supervisory; IDD/ICF/IDD housing exp preferred
• Medication administration, RN delegation, seizure protocols
• Knowledge of federal/Indiana regulations (ICF/IID, HIPAA, etc.)
• MS 365 (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams/SharePoint) and EHR systems (Therap)
