📋 Description

• The Director of Nursing provides strategic leadership for all nursing services throughout Indiana
• Oversees clinical programs, regulatory compliance, quality assurance initiatives, and staff
• Develop clinical best practices, strengthen nursing operations, monitor quality metrics, and foster

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• Current RN license in Indiana, CPR/First Aid certification, TB screening, and valid driver's
• Minimum five years nursing experience with IDD; at least two years supervisory experience.
• Clinical expertise in medication administration, RN delegation, infection prevention, chronic
• Regulatory knowledge of ICF/IID, Medicaid Waiver, HIPAA/HITECH, incident reporting.
• Leadership in budgeting, staffing, and quality initiatives; ability to mentor staff and proctor Med
