Director of Nursing

📋 Description

• Lead nursing services for Indiana operations
• Oversee clinical programs, QA initiatives, and staff development
• Partner with physicians, pharmacies, and leaders to improve outcomes
• Develop clinical best practices and care culture
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
• Provide on-call clinical leadership as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Current RN license in Indiana; CPR/First Aid; TB screening; valid driver
• 5+ years nursing experience with IDD and 2+ years supervisory
• Clinical expertise in med administration, RN delegation, infection control
• Knowledge of ICF/IID regs, HIPAA/HITECH, incident reporting
• Leadership skills in budgeting, staffing, and QA programs
