📋 Description

  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to field RNs and LVNs
  • Review, develop, update, and maintain individualized plans of care, physician orders, medication
  • Help maintain compliance with California Title 22 regulations and company policies
  • Support appropriate admissions, transfers, discharges, assessments, and care planning
  • Provide clinical guidance to field nurses and address performance concerns

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing or health-related field with 3 years nursing experience and
  • Active, clear California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable insured transportation
  • Ability to conduct assessments in client homes throughout Los Angeles County
  • Ability to fulfill after-hours clinical on-call responsibilities
