Director of Nursing

📋 Description

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to field RNs and LVNs, independently evaluate clinical
• Partner with operational leadership to resolve clinical concerns and support appropriate care
• Review, develop, update, and maintain individualized plans of care, physician orders, medication
• Help maintain compliance with California Title 22 regulations, applicable state and federal
• Support appropriate admissions, transfers, discharges, assessments, and care planning
• Coordinate with physicians, clients, families, payers, and other healthcare partners to support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing or a health-related field, at least three years of nursing
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and maintain an active, clear California Registered
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license, dependable insured transportation, and the ability to independently conduct
• Current CPR certification, required TB clearance, and physical ability for lifting, bending
• Ability to fulfill after-hours clinical on-call responsibilities
