📋 Description

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing personnel.
• Provides clinical leadership, consultation, and oversight of nursing services within all Dungarvin
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and community healthcare providers to ensure individuals
• Ensure compliance, quality assurance, and risk management standards are achieved and maintained.
• Contribute to strategic planning, organizational growth, and business development initiatives.
• Monitor field operations by conducting site visits to ensure availability and proper use of medical

🎯 Requirements

• Current, unencumbered New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Three or more years’ experience in a management position involving growth and development
• Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver nursing processes and waiver-related tools and
• Competency-based training and supervision ability for RNs and LPNs.
• Experience with individuals with I/DD is preferred.
• Proficiency in Therap documentation.
