Director of Omnichannel Product Management

📋 Description

• Own product strategy/roadmap for financial, warehouse, inventory, and order systems.
• Partner with senior leaders; apply AI-first mindset to product and tech.
• Coach and grow PMs/POs into Builder PMs using AI in daily work.
• Shape architecture, sequencing, bets with the tech team.
• Lead cross-functional efforts for international expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years in product management, including director-level experience.
• AI-first mindset; track record applying AI to products and operations.
• Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and shipping.
• Build trusted relationships with senior partners; translate needs into work.
• Experience shaping product architecture and long-term strategy with Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business; MBA a plus.
• Experience with OMS/WMS/IMS and financials; NetSuite a plus.
