🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years in product management; director-level experience.
• Proven track record shipping commerce/retail tech (OMS/WMS/IMS) and financials.
• AI-first mindset; guides architecture, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Strong relationships with executives; excellent communication.
• Leads and grows PM/PO teams; coaches AI-enabled work.
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/Business; MBA a plus.
