7–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, business finance, or finance partnering
Working knowledge of SaaS metrics, including ARR, bookings, retention, and margin
Strong financial modeling and variance analysis skills
Experience partnering directly with senior business leaders
Superior written and verbal communication
Experience in a private-equity-backed company, including lender or sponsor reporting
