📋 Description

• Lead and continuously improve hiring, compensation, benefits, payroll, performance management
• Own compensation philosophy and structure while supporting salary negotiations, employee
• Oversee contractor acquisition, records, reporting, and key contractor metrics.
• Develop financial dashboards, monthly reporting, financial models, and actionable insights to
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling cash-flow forecasts, scenario modeling, reserve planning, and
• Oversee accounting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and financial

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, finance, human resources, or a related field, ideally within
• Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow analysis, and financial
• Demonstrated experience with human resources, talent management, compensation, benefits, and
• Knowledge of nonprofit compliance, employment law, regulatory requirements, insurance, and
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts

🎁 Benefits

• Starting salary of $120,000–$135,000, commensurate with experience.
• Annual benefits stipend of $8,000, paid incrementally with each paycheck once benefits eligible.
