📋 Description

  • Partner with Financial Aid and cross-functional teams to scale student operations.
  • Advise the COO on operational risks, opportunities, and resource planning.
  • Oversee aid applications, disbursements, billing, refunds, and plans.
  • Improve workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable processes.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for cross-functional teams (Admissions, Registrar, Student Success, Financial Aid, Product, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive tech-enabled improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive operations leadership.
  • Strong people management and mentoring.
  • Analytical problem-solving with bias to action.
  • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering.
  • Strong project management with multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
