📋 Description

Partner with Financial Aid and cross-functional teams to scale student operations.
Advise the COO on operational risks, opportunities, and resource planning.
Oversee aid applications, disbursements, billing, refunds, and plans.
Improve workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable processes.
Create and maintain SOPs for cross-functional teams (Admissions, Registrar, Student Success, Financial Aid, Product, etc.).
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive tech-enabled improvements.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of progressive operations leadership.
Strong people management and mentoring.
Analytical problem-solving with bias to action.
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering.
Strong project management with multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
