📋 Description

• Lead and oversee HR, finance operations, compliance, and organizational processes.
• Partner with executive leadership to implement scalable, efficient systems for a multi-state
• Drive operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic initiatives to support
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, and IT/security coordination.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12 years of progressive experience in operations, HR, nonprofit administration, or organizational
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to develop operational strategies.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment regulations, HR compliance, payroll, and state
• Experience with HRIS (BambooHR preferred) and PEOs; proficiency with ADP, Google Workspace
• Nonprofit operations, financial management, budgeting, governance, and risk management experience.
• Vendor management, contracts, and administrative systems expertise.
