Director of Operations

📋 Description

• Owns end-to-end order fulfillment from supplier to customer delivery.
• Manages carrier relationships and in-transit performance; owns shipping claims.
• Owns returns-to-supplier workflow (RMA) with Sr. Ops Program Manager.
• Leads People & Ops Managers and the Analytics Manager; sets priorities.
• Leads process optimization and automation projects using AI.
• Proactively identifies failure points across the order lifecycle; adds safeguards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of operations management experience, including 3+ years leading managers or multi-team functions
• Experience owning supplier, logistics/carrier, or fulfillment relationships at scale
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-growing environments; startup experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate issues before they surface
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor's degree required
